This flour is produced using exclusively wholemeal soft wheat flour, obtained from wheat grown in the Po Delta, stone ground with the reduction of soft wheat, to preserve all the organoleptic and nutritional properties of the product unchanged.
Allergens: gluten, may contain traces of broad beans, soy and lupine.
Fears moisture, store in a cool, dry place.
