This pasta is produced using exclusively re-milled organic durum wheat semolina, obtained from wheat grown in the Po Delta, stone ground to preserve all the organoleptic and nutritional properties of the product unchanged.

It has a homogeneous external appearance, without spots, cuts, cracks or air bubbles. The fracture section of the paste is glassy and its color is straw yellow. When cooked it has a firm and elastic consistency at the same time with a good cooking resistance such as to guarantee uniformity and absence of stickiness.
