This pasta is produced using exclusively organic whole durum wheat semolina, obtained from wheat grown in the Po Delta, stone ground to preserve all the organoleptic and nutritional properties of the product.

It has a homogeneous external appearance, without stains, cuts, cracks or air bubbles. The fracture section of the paste is glassy and its color is straw yellow. When cooked it has a firm and elastic consistency at the same time with a good cooking resistance such as to guarantee uniformity and absence of stickiness
